Do you allow photo manipulation / editing? Personally I think straight from camera effect and framing is more creative.
I hope you will still look into those who are using multiple accounts (with same IP) in the criteria. And dba if you are in an office with 10 pc's, you only have 1 IP address so if you register on those 10 pc's counted as 1 parin yun dapat.

I think it is better if it is considered as 1 vote. Pictures will be chosen properly and fairly. Just imagine if all the contestants have their own computer shops. Parang ang gulo na siguro ng voting and that will not be nice diba?
Well, just an honest opinion. I know as parents tayo yung “no.1 fan” ng ating mga anak kaya gusto natin laging no.1 sila.
